Eligibility Criteria SBI Clerk Recruitment
To apply for the SBI Clerk 2025 exam, candidates must meet the following conditions:
SBI Clerk Recruitment Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university (or equivalent as approved by the Central Government).
Final-year students can apply provisionally but must produce proof of graduation by 31 December 2025.
Candidates with Integrated Dual Degrees (IDD) must ensure their passing date is on or before 31 December 2025.

The SBI Clerk recruitment is a three-stage process:
1. Preliminary Exam
Objective Test: 100 marks
Sections:
English Language – 30 questions, 30 marks (20 min)
Numerical Ability – 35 questions, 35 marks (20 min)
Reasoning Ability – 35 questions, 35 marks (20 min)
Duration: 60 minutes total
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
2. Main Exam
Objective Test: 200 marks, 190 questions
Sections:
General/Financial Awareness – 50 marks (35 min)
General English – 40 marks (35 min)
Quantitative Aptitude – 50 marks (45 min)
Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude – 60 marks (45 min)
Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
3. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Mandatory for candidates who have not studied the local language of the state they applied for in Class 10 or 12.
Tests reading, writing, and speaking skills.
